Tech support must know which version of the software you are using in order to help you. You should be able to identify which version of the software you are using by looking at the top of the program window.
This step is not required, but it can be helpful in some cases. Please select the operating system you are using on your PC.
To locate the full version number or Product ID for M2Convert, you can start by opening the application and right clicking on the M2Convert logo in the upper left hand corner of the application window as shown below:
Select the "About M2Convert pointed out in step 2. You will then be given the following dialog.
Please report this number to us so our staff can know if your issue is a known issue with an older version of the software.
