Conversion Scheduling Dialog
Use the Conversion Scheduling dialog to set scheduling options to start all tasks in the Tasks List automatically at a preset time. To display the Conversion Scheduling dialog, from the Main Menu, select Tasks -> Scheduled Conversion. The Conversion Scheduling dialog is shown in the figure below:
The following fields are on the Conversion Scheduling dialog:
Perform Conversion at Group
Use this group to set the date and time at which the conversion will begin.
Date
Use the Date edit box to set the start Date for the scheduled conversion.
Time
Use the Time edit box to set the start Time for the scheduled conversion.
Files Overwrite Options Group
Use this group of options to specify what to do when the converted file has the same name as a file already on disk.
Overwrite Radio button
Select the Overwrite radio button to replace the existing file with the output file.
Rename Radio button
Select the Rename radio button to rename the converted file to a unique name, leaving the existing file unchanged.
Also, turn off the Computer when done check box
Select this check box to automatically turn off the computer after the conversion is done.
OK Button
Select the OK button to close the dialog, apply changes and activate the scheduled conversion.
Cancel Button
Select the Cancel button to close the dialog and discard changes without activating the scheduled conversion.
Help Button
Select the Help button to open a popup help topic for this dialog.
