Q) When attempting to convert a video I get the message "DVD does not contain audio or video", what should I do?
A) MēConvert requires DVD viewing software on your machine in order to acquire and convert the video. If you do not have DVD playing software installed, please take a look at the software that came with either your computer or your DVD player to see if this software was included (most likely it was) and install it. If you are unsure if you have DVD software installed, you can conduct a test in Windows Media Player to see if the problem is with M2Convert or with your operating system. To do this, open Windows Media Player, then attempt to open the DVD player: Select File -> Open, navigate to the Video_TS folder on the DVD, the open the VIDEO_TS.IFO file. If your video plays correctly in Windows Media Player, the problem is with M2Convert. In this case, please contact support at http://www.m2solutionsinc.com/support/contactsupport.html for further steps.
