Introduction

The LEADTOOLS Multimedia DirectShow Filters are included with the M2Convert Pro end-user application. These filters are used to create the audio and video effects supported by M2Convert Pro. These filters can also be used in any other application that supports DirectShow filters.

These filters can be used to:

• Change the size and/or orientation (rotation) of videos

• Crop videos

• Add video effects such as Emboss, Ghost, Aging, Motion Blur, Fire, and many more

• Perform deinterlacing, gamma correction, sharpening, brightness and contrast adjustment, and other video adjustments

• Add text and/or video overlays to videos

• Increase or decrease the volume of audio

• Add audio effects such as Echo, Phaser, Chorus and more

Each of the LEADTOOLS Multimedia DirectShow Filters (and therefore each effect) has a property page which allows you to control the various settings for the effect. Please refer to your audio/video software’s documentation for information on how to access the property page.
