Tasks List Context Menu

Use the Tasks List context menu to access frequently used commands associated with working with the Tasks List. Different commands are available, depending upon what is selected in the list when the menu is invoked.

The following is a list of the commands on the Tasks List Context menu and a brief description of each command:

Actions

Opens the Actions sub menu

The list when no item is selected or the list is empty.

Start All

Starts processing all the tasks immediately, if possible. Some tasks might not be processed immediately if the maximum number of concurrent conversions is exceeded. These tasks will be set to a waiting state until the other tasks finish.

The processing priority is for the topmost item in the Tasks List.

This command will also resume all paused tasks.

The list when no item is selected or the list is empty.

Stop All

Immediately stops the processing of all tasks.

The list when no item is selected or the list is empty.

Pause All

Pauses the processing of all tasks.

The list when no item is selected or the list is empty.

 

Remove

Opens the Remove Sub Menu.

The list when no item is selected or the list is empty.

Select All

Selects all items in the Tasks List.

Show Full Path Names

Toggles full path display for source files in the Tasks List

Opens the File Settings Sub Menu.

Opens the DVD Settings Sub Menu.

Opens the Files Settings Sub Menu.

Two or more similar items in the list, which are selected.

Start

Play

Opens the Play Sub Menu.

Compare Source and Target

Opens the Compare Media files Dialog.

Burn DVD

Opens the Burn DVD Wizard, if a (create DVD) task is selected.

Remove

Removes the selected item(s) from the Tasks List but not from the system.

Rename

Renames the selected target file (or folder).

Batch Rename

Opens the Naming Template dialog to set the way your converted files are named.

Two or more dissimilar items in the list, which are selected.

Duplicate

Creates exact copy of the selected item(s) and places the copies in the Tasks List.

A single item in the list, which is selected.

Two or more similar items in the list, which are selected.

Copy Settings

Stores the information for the selected item’s settings in order to apply them later to other items.

A single item in the list, which is selected.

Paste All Settings

Restores all the settings that were copied previously from an item to the selected item(s).

All copied settings will be restored.

Paste Special Settings…

Opens the Select properties to paste Dialog to select the properties to paste. Properties that were copied previously from another item in the list.

Order

Opens the Order Sub Menu.

A single item in the list, which is selected.

Two or more similar items in the list, which are selected.

Two or more dissimilar items in the list, which are selected.

Go to Source

Changes the Folders list current folder to the folder of the selected Tasks List item’s source file. The contents displayed in Files list changes accordingly to display the contents of the selected item’s source file folder.

File Information

Opens the File Information Sub Menu.
