Decompressors Group
Use the Decompressors group to select decompressor Also known as a decoder, this is a module or algorithm to decompress data. options.
Decompressors Drop-down list
Use the Decompressors drop-down list box and Properties button to configure decompressor(s). If the file does not use a decompressor that has property page then the unsupported decompressors will not be visible. A multimedia file can have at most the following three types of decompressors:

Properties button
Select the Properties button to open the property page for the decompressor.

DV DV stands for Digital Video and has been defined in "Specification of Consumer-use Digital VCRs" (aka the Blue Book). Settings Group
Use the DV Settings group to set the DV settings for the source files.
DV Decoding Resolution Drop-down list box
Use the DV Decoding Resolution drop-down list box to set the DV decoding resolution for DV source files. The following options are available:
Default
DC (88X60)
Quarter (180X120)
Half (360X240)
Full (720X480)
The dimensions are in brackets and the units are pixels.
Apply Current Page Settings button
Select the Apply Current Page Settings button to apply the current page settings to the tasks selected in the Tasks List. This button displays only when more than one task in the Tasks List is selected.
