From the main menu, select File-> Join Files, (or click the Join Files icon on the Actions tab). When the "Join Media Files" dialog appears, click Add. When the Windows "Add Source Files" dialog appears, browse and select one or more files and then click Add. The files you select will be added to the Source Files list. Continue adding files until you have added all of the files you want to join. Next set the destination file name and path. Select the format for the resulting file from the Target Format drop-down list box, and adjust format properties by clicking the Properties button if it is enabled. Select a Video Codec from the Video Codec drop-down list and an Audio Codec from the Audio drop-down list (if you wish to use a codec). Some codecs allow you to adjust their properties. If the Properties button next to the Codec drop-down list box is enabled then you can change the properties of the codec by clicking the Properties button. Adjust any other settings. Click Join to begin the joining process. After the joining process starts, a Processing… (Joining Files) message appears. It displays a progress bar for the joining process and has a cancel button that you can click to cancel the process.

M²Convert requires DVD viewing software on your machine in order to acquire and convert the video. If you do not have DVD playing software installed, please take a look at the software that came with either your computer or your DVD player to see if this software was included (most likely it was) and install it. If you are unsure if you have DVD software installed, you can conduct a test in Windows Media Player to see if the problem is with M²Convert or with your operating system by opening Windows Media Player and attempt to open the DVD player by clicking "File" "Open" and navigating to the "Video_TS" folder on the DVD and open the file titled "VIDEO_TS.IFO". If your video plays correctly in Windows Media Player, then please inform support here for further steps.
