• After inserting the DVD/ Files you want to convert right click on the file you want to name its output for, select Edit Title and type the title you want the output file to have.

If the start converting icon is disabled, that means the output folder you have selected does not exist. Make sure the output folder destination is valid.

In this case you must remove the converted file from the list before converting a second file, unless you want to convert the file again.

If you do not have DVD playing software installed, please take a look at the software that came with either your computer or your DVD player to see if this software was included (most likely it was) and install it. If you are unsure if you have DVD software installed, you can conduct a test in Windows Media Player to see if the problem is with M²Convert or with your operating system by opening Windows Media Player and attempt to open the DVD player by clicking "File" "Open" and navigating to the "Video_TS" folder on the DVD and open the file titled "VIDEO_TS.IFO". If your video plays correctly in Windows Media Player, then please inform support here for further steps.

This means you have purchased a copy without activating it. You must activate your copy 60 days from the first time you entered a serial number. If you do not activate your copy after 60 days, files generated will display the word “Activate” in the middle. You must activate in order to remove this message.

Run the activation wizard, which will take you through the steps of activation.
