The converted movie does not play in full screen on my Zune?
  • The Zune has a screen of 320x240 pixel resolution. This is a 4:3 aspect ratio screen.

If the movie you converted is of a different aspect ratio (like the 16:9 aspect ratio used in wide screen movies) then it will not play in full screen on the Zune.

M²Convert for Zune does not adjust such movies to Zune's 4:3 ratio. Because doing so means either it has to trim from both sides of the video, or by stretching the video vertically which means ending with a distorted image.

This means you have purchased a copy without activating it. You must activate your copy 60 days from the first time you entered a serial number. If you do not activate your copy after 60 days, files generated will display the word “Activate” in the middle. You must activate in order to remove this message.

Do I need to activate my copy?
